*1. As part of basic compliance education, e-learning was conducted for officers and employees of Sumitomo Riko Co., Ltd. and its domestic group companies. The training covered key topics such as compliance fundamentals, adherence to competition laws and the prevention of bribery, harassment prevention, the management of trade secrets, the internal reporting system, and the "Bad News First & Thanks" initiative.
*2. Seminars and e-learning sessions were conducted for workplace compliance leaders—such as department and section managers, as well as team leaders on the manufacturing floor—at Sumitomo Riko Co., Ltd and its domestic group companies.
*3. Compliance training tailored to the specific risks of each workplace was planned and conducted at all overseas group companies of Sumitomo Riko Co., Ltd. Sumitomo Riko supported these efforts by providing content, such as training materials, to each company. These training sessions are planned and executed independently by the overseas group companies, contributing to the cultivation of compliance awareness among individual employees.
