>>Battery Cooling Plate: Cool Fit Plate
This is a battery cooling product that efficiently cools the underside of batteries (i.e., the upper side of the flow path) and equalizes battery temperature. A key feature is the protrusions in the parallel flow paths, which generate vortices that agitate the fluid boundary layer, thereby improving cooling performance. By optimally placing the protrusions, cooling efficiency is enhanced in specific areas, thereby reducing temperature variations within the battery and contributing to extended battery life.
>>Resin Tube for BEV Cooling Piping
This is a cooling resin tube for use in BEVs (battery electric vehicles). Compared to tubes used for ICEs (internal combustion engines) applications, this tube’s design considers the relaxed requirements for heat resistance and other operating conditions of BEVs. By using polypropylene for the tube’s innermost layer, we have decreased this resin tubing’s cost. Compared to conventional press-fit fastenings, the laser-welded fastening structure helps reduce the number of parts and pressure loss.
>>Hydrogen Hose for FCEVs
This hose is used in FCEVs (fuel cell electric vehicles) to supply hydrogen from the onboard hydrogen tank to the fuel cell stack. It meets the high sealing requirements for hydrogen, which has an extremely small molecular size. Moreover, because hydrogen is delivered to the stack under high pressure, the hose ensures a pressure resistance of at least 10MPa.
